This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I haven't updated my deviant for awhile mainly because of the fact that I've been blogging and adding stuff to my portfolio site. If you're new to my page and would like to follow my work, especially my traditional inking in brush and crow quill, please visit and follow my blog at [link] and my deviant portfolio site at [link] I am also opened for commission for 9 by 12 inch illustration done with traditional ink.

HEY PHIL!! Everything is crazy! I just don't know where to start and there's so much to do. How are you? Your recent stuff is really good! (but I still prefer your last sketch meshup, kinda agree with your friend you should do more of those stuff, its a killer) Why ain't you blogging anymore though, haha your presence in your blog is missing. Are you doing any sweet projects or stuff like that? (like the pencil animation of the cool guy you put on youtube)
Hey! I'm doing okay- and thanks! I'm glad you like it. I don't blog much just because that thing is sooooo dead, but I should probably start again.. *grumble*. I'm not working on much right now- just trying to take it a little easier and pace myself. 4.5 years of SCAD in a row calls for a lil break time. How about you? Any cool stuff going on in your life?
I'm working on a storyboard for a director in New York. The film is finished and in its post production. It is missing a small piece and once its done, it'll be going for Sundance 2012. I'm also working on a new personal script, something 10 times better than what I've done for Mark Kneece class I think. Also working on my personal illustration for a solo exhibition that I'm trying to put up next June. There's also a short documentary film which I want to put on kickstarter but I'm just too damn packed every single freaking day, I'd love to get a film student and pitch this up on kickstarter. It is an idea similar to Bansky's Exit Through The Gift Shop but different and really unique. I think a lot of people will be interested on the subject matter that I'm trying to put up.
Basically, I get like 4 hours of sleep because of all this work and blogging and interviews and also doing some personal reading every night. I really wish I have more time every single day. But overall, I'm really enjoying myself at my girlfriend's place at Dallas. We've been to a few places and I also got to visit Pixar at San Fran! (It is FREAKING COOL)
I think its really great that you're taking time off to recuperate from SCAD. I also think by relaxing after a huge battle, one will become more wiser and creative. I'm actually really looking forward to your stuff, hoping you'll come out with a small project that you love or a small book. Though I am a huge fan of realism and fine art, I love expressive wacky cartoon drawings; which is why I liked your stuff immediately when I saw it in class. I think it is more lively. When I saw those sketches you were putting out, they were slightly different from what you always have. (Not just merely the fact that they were sketches...) The characters all have this cartoon sleek attractive style, yet they evoke a weird realistic feeling. I think its a real hook, just like Robert Valley's work. He is such a great realistic painter but he has a way to put his realistic drawings into a cartoon situation without crossing the line. Maybe its not your intention but if you ever have time to explore that, I think its gonna be huge because it has that unspoken or undefined x-factor. You know like when you look at a range of artwork and they are all professional and good looking and suddenly you just stop on one piece? You can't quite point your finger at what's in there because it SEEMS like the same as the rest of the style in its category but it just stood out, for some reason? I saw it in those sketches, it has life.
I'm sorry I'm ranting so much!!! I'm not even sure if what I say makes sense, lolx.
